Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
It depends on the product. Items in our Flavored Tea Blend and Tea Gift Set collections ship from our Amazon U.S. warehouse and typically arrive in 3–7 business days with standard shipping, or 2–3 business days with expedited shipping.
Matcha and Teaware ship directly from Vietnam and take 10–21 business days standard, or 5–7 business days with DHL Express.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. Eligible items also qualify for free shipping through Buy with Prime, available to Amazon Prime members at checkout.
How will I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update tracking information.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We currently ship within the United States only, including the 48 contiguous states. For Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, other U.S. territories, or APO/FPO military addresses, please email us at support@blossomritual.com before placing your order.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return this if I don't love it?
Yes. You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. Unopened items can be returned for any reason. If this is your first order with us and the tea simply wasn't to your taste, we'll accept your return and cover return shipping — even on opened items. Just email support@blossomritual.com to start.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your original item and place a new order. Our team is happy to help you choose your next blend.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please email support@blossomritual.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We'll replace it or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer — and cover all costs.
Gifting
Can I send this as a gift?
Yes. At checkout, enter the recipient's address as the shipping address and your own information as the billing address. Every Blossom Ritual order arrives in giftable packaging, so no additional gift wrapping is needed. If you'd like a personalized handwritten note, please email support@blossomritual.com after placing your order with the message you'd like included.
Will the recipient see the price?
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your original item and place a new order. Our team is happy to help you choose your next blend.

Brewing & Preparation
How do I brew this tea properly?
We recommend a specific water temperature, steep time, and amount of tea in each product pages. These vary by tea type.
Use filtered water when possible — it lets the floral notes come through more clearly. Detailed brewing instructions are printed on the tin and included on the product page. You could find it in the BREWING GUIDE section.
Can I re-steep the leaves?
Yes — our whole-leaf teas are designed for multiple infusions. Most blends offer 2–3 quality steeps. Each subsequent steep reveals a different layer of flavor; many regular drinkers consider the second steep the most refined.
Can I drink this cold or as iced tea?
Absolutely. For cold brew, use the same amount of leaves and steep in room-temperature filtered water for 6–8 hours in the refrigerator. The result is smoother and naturally sweeter than hot-brewed iced tea — and it preserves the floral character beautifully.
Caffeine & Wellness
Is your tea vegan?
Yes! Our blended teas and herbal tisanes are crafted using plant-derived ingredients and natural flavors including tea leaves, herbs, spices, fruits and flowers and are suitable for vegans.
How much caffeine is in this tea?
It depends on the base. Black teas are highest (40–70 mg per cup, roughly half a coffee), oolongs are moderate (30–50 mg), green teas are lower (20–40 mg), white teas are lighter still (15–30 mg), and herbal blends are caffeine-free. Caffeine level is noted on every product page.
Is this tea safe during pregnancy?
We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before consuming any tea during pregnancy or while nursing. We make no medical claims about our products.

Storage & Shelf Life
How should I store this tea?
Keep your tea in its original tin or in an airtight container, away from direct sunlight, heat, moisture, and strong odors. The pantry is ideal — avoid the refrigerator, which introduces humidity and can dull the floral notes.
How long does it stay fresh?
Sealed, our teas remain at peak quality for 18–24 months from the production date printed on the tin. Once opened, we recommend enjoying within 6 months for the brightest flavor and aroma.
