Thank you for choosing Blossom Ritual. Every order is the beginning of a quiet ritual — and we want it to reach you with the same care it was prepared with. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Where We Ship
Blossom Ritual currently ships within the United States only, including the 48 contiguous states.
For orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, other U.S. territories, or APO/FPO military addresses, please email us at support@blossomritual.com before placing your order so we can confirm availability, rates, and delivery times.
How Your Order Is Fulfilled
Blossom Ritual products are fulfilled through two channels depending on the item you order. Each order page indicates which fulfillment method applies, and your order confirmation will note the same.
1. Items Fulfilled by Amazon (U.S. Warehouse)
Most products from our Flavored Tea Blend and Tea Gift Set collections are stored in and shipped from Amazon's U.S. fulfillment centers.
Processing time: 1–2 business days (handled by Amazon's operations).
Delivery time:
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days
Buy with Prime: Eligible products display the Prime badge on the product page. If you are an Amazon Prime member signed in through our Buy with Prime checkout, you receive free standard shipping and faster delivery on those items.
2. Items Shipped from Vietnam
Products in our Matcha and Teaware collections are shipped directly from our atelier in Vietnam, where they are sourced and packed by hand.
Processing time: Up to 3 business days.
Delivery time:
- Standard international (USPS / Vietnam Post): 10–21 business days
- Expedited international (DHL Express / FedEx International Priority): 5–7 business days
Because these items travel from Vietnam, delivery takes longer than domestic shipments. We believe the wait is part of the ritual — and we keep you informed every step of the way.

Rates apply to a single shipment. Orders containing both Amazon-fulfilled and Vietnam-shipped items may ship separately and arrive at different times. You will not be charged extra shipping when this happens.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automatic email containing your tracking number and tracking link. You can also view tracking information by signing into your account at blossomritual.com.
Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to populate with the carrier.
Order Changes and Cancellations
We process orders quickly, so the window to make changes is short. The exact window depends on whether your order has entered fulfillment.
- Before your order is fulfilled: You may request changes to your name, phone number, or shipping address — or cancel your order free of charge — by emailing support@blossomritual.com with your order number. We will confirm whether the change is still possible.
- For Amazon-fulfilled items: This window is typically 12–24 hours after the order is placed.
- For Vietnam-shipped items: This window is typically up to 48 hours after the order is placed.
- Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped: We are unable to modify or cancel it. If needed, the order can be returned under our Refund and Return Policy after delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is undeliverable or returned to sender due to an address error provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
If you notice an address mistake, email support@blossomritual.com immediately with your order number. We will do our best to update it before fulfillment begins.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We work hard to make sure every package arrives safely, but occasionally things go wrong in transit.
- Lost packages (before delivery): If your tracking shows your package as lost or significantly delayed in transit, please contact us at support@blossomritual.com within 14 days of the last tracking update. We will work directly with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue, including reshipment when appropriate.
- Stolen packages (after successful delivery): Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, responsibility passes to the customer. We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for packages reported stolen after a confirmed delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure address or requiring signature confirmation if porch theft is a concern in your area.
Customs and Duties (Vietnam-Shipped Items)
All applicable U.S. import duties and taxes for Vietnam-shipped items are included in the price you pay at checkout. You will not be asked to pay additional fees upon delivery.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email support@blossomritual.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund — see our Refund and Return Policy for full details.
