Description

A classic, rewritten in a quieter hand — ancient black tea from Ha Giang, scented with real bergamot oil.

  • A refined Earl Grey, scented with real bergamot oil — never synthetic. Bold, citrusy, and quietly classic — a cup made for morning clarity and afternoon composure.
  • Ancient black tea leaves from Ha Giang, layered with naturally extracted bergamot oil from real citrus. No essences, no artificial flavoring, no additives — a traditional Earl Grey, made the way it was meant to be.
  • Each 0.13 oz (3.5g) pyramid sachet brews up to three cups. Every re-steep reveals a new dimension — the first pour brightest with bergamot, the later steeps deepening into the black tea's malty core.
  • Naturally rich in the polyphenols and antioxidants found in whole-leaf black tea. A confident companion for the morning routine, the mid-day reset, or the moment before a difficult conversation.
  • Compostable corn-fiber pyramid sachets — plastic-free, biodegradable, and shaped to give whole leaves the room they need to fully unfurl.
BREWING GUIDE

The Hot Ritual
Bring fresh, filtered water to a gentle boil, then let it cool for 30 seconds — around 200°F (95°C). Place one pyramid sachet in your cup and pour over 8 oz of water. Steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Earl Grey holds its character well through re-steeping — the second cup mellows the bergamot into a rounder, warmer flavor. Re-steep up to two more times.

The Cold Ritual
For iced Earl Grey, place one pyramid sachet in a tall glass or carafe with 10 oz of room-temperature filtered water. Refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours. The cold-brew method softens the tannins and lets the bergamot linger longer on the palate. Serve over ice with a strip of orange peel or a splash of milk for a refined take on the London Fog.
