Each tin is 20-30g of premium loose-leaf tea from a single Vietnamese origin.

BREWING GUIDE

Oolong Tea (Tie Quan Yin, Chamomile, Gold Camellia)

Measure 1 teaspoon of loose leaf per 8 oz cup.
Heat fresh, filtered water to 195°F (90°C) — just below a full boil.
Steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Oolong rewards patience: the second and third steeps often reveal the tea's most refined layers. Enjoy alone to taste the full character.

Black Tea (Earl Grey, Pure Original)

Measure 1 teaspoon of loose leaf per 8 oz cup.
Heat fresh, filtered water to 200°F (95°C) — just off the boil. Steep for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on how bold you like it. Re-steep the same leaves once or twice more, adding a minute each time. Black tea welcomes milk or honey for a fuller cup.

Green Tea (White Jasmine)

Measure 1 teaspoon of loose leaf per 8 oz cup.
Heat fresh, filtered water to 175°F (80°C) — well below boiling.
Green tea is delicate; hotter water dulls the jasmine. Steep for 2 to 3 minutes, no longer. Re-steep up to two more times, adding 30 seconds each time.
CARE

Each tin is sealed at the base for freshness. After opening, close the tin firmly and store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight, heat, and strong odors.

Best enjoyed within 6 months of opening each tin. Shelf-stable for 12 months from the production date printed on the base of each tin.
