The Hot Ritual
Bring fresh, filtered water to a gentle boil, then let it cool for 30 seconds — around 200°F (95°C). Place one pyramid sachet in your cup and pour over 8 oz of water. Let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on how bold you like it. Re-steep the same bag up to two more times, extending each infusion by a minute. The second cup often reveals the tea's most romantic side.

The Cold Ritual
For iced tea, place one pyramid sachet in a tall glass or carafe with 10 oz of room-temperature filtered water. Refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours.
