Description

A modern breakfast classic — bold black tea made in New York style, blended for a bright, hearty morning.

  • A modern breakfast blend — bold, malty, and quietly reliable. Made for the first cup of the day, the one that anchors everything after it.
  • Ancient black tea leaves from Tam Duong and Lai Chau, blended together for a fuller, more layered breakfast character than a single origin can offer. No essences, no additives, no flavoring — the tea, and only the tea.
  • Each 0.13 oz (3.5g) pyramid sachet brews up to three cups. Every re-steep holds its own — from the bold, malty first pour to the smoother, more caramel-toned finish.
  • Naturally rich in the polyphenols and antioxidants found in whole-leaf black tea. A steady companion for the morning ritual, the working lunch, or the pot shared across a slow Sunday.
  • Compostable corn-fiber pyramid sachets — plastic-free, biodegradable, and shaped to give whole leaves the room they need to fully unfurl.
BREWING GUIDE

The Hot Ritual
Bring fresh, filtered water to a full boil — around 212°F (100°C). New York Breakfast is bold; it welcomes the heat. Place one pyramid sachet in your cup and pour over 8 oz of water. Steep for 3 to 5 minutes. For a traditional English-style cup, add a splash of milk or a spoon of honey. Re-steep the same bag up to two more times.

The Cold Ritual
For iced breakfast tea, place one pyramid sachet in a tall glass or carafe with 10 oz of room-temperature filtered water. Refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours. Cold brewing draws out the malty depth without the tannins — the result is smooth, naturally sweet, and endlessly refreshing. Serve over ice with lemon, or with milk and a spoon of honey for an iced latte.
